I always go ga-ga over dishes with black pepper. This time, without fail, I went berserk when I saw the key word ‘black pepper’ in the menu. We decided to give it a try and see how it differs from home. Price : Not your money's worth. It is priced more than $10. With that quality, I rather buy something else.  Quality : The beef was sliced at an angle that it was difficult to chew or cut the beef into smaller proportions. I had difficulty in swallowing the sliced beef. The sauce was below average. It did not give that ‘oomph’ feeling. I had a strong craving for chow fun after my Thursday class. When I arrived at Flushing Queens, I was desperately looking for a Chinese Restaurant that might still be opened at this time of the night. Without much difficulty, I found Chao Zhou Restaurant that not only serves Chow Fun but also opens till 2am in the morning. I could not wait and ordered my beef chow fun immediately. Beef Chow Fun is usually fried with bean sprout, spring onions, beef of course, and light soy sauce. Price : Value for money. Priced at $9, you can share with your partner while ordering other side dishes.  Quality : The flat rice noodles were beautiful and glossy. Each strip of noodle has a slight soy sauce taste.
